Last night I happen to catch the 1946 movie SHOCK on the Fox Movie Channel. Hadn't seen it in many years. Interesting early role for Price foreshadowing his later work. he plays a murdering psychiatrist trying to make the witness to his crime think she's insane. Price was quite good in the role but the only time he wasn't convincing was when he was physically attacking someone. He seemed to be holding back, afraid he would hurt the other actor. He should have taken a few tips from Chaney Jr. before filming those scenes.
