But seriously, I've posted the newest still gallery (The Invisible Man Returns) in the Memorabilia folder, only including a link here in the dashboard thread. I've moved the Dracula and House of Frankenstein galleries over there and will be moving others as time permits. In the case of the CFTBL, I had no plans on making a full out gallery for that any time soon and posted a few in the general thread. May 8 12 9:15 PM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Admittedly the original BLACK LAGOON suit is the greatest, but I've never found anything wrong with the REVENGE suit. It's been so long since I've seen AMONG US, I don't even remember what the still-gilled Gill-Man looked like. IIRC, it was Lori Nelson herself on the REVENGE commentary who suggested the RE-Creech was a different Gill-Man. Maybe with the larger first one dead, a smaller specimen took over the prime Black Lagoon real estate!

Herr Knagg's picture reminds me of a 70's poster depicting The Creature rising out of the water and yelling, "Alright, who made wee in the the pool?!?" I was alternately offended and amused. May 16 12 10:47 AM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Alpha just released a 1961 drama called LOOK IN ANY WINDOW (1961), kind of an interesting movie in that the adults in a suburban neighborhood are all no-good (adulterers, boozers, etc.) and the kids are the ones who have to struggle with the problems they (their parents) create -- kind of a reverse-juvenile-delinquent movie. It's directed by William Alland, and a fabulous bit of bonus material is a 40-minute on-camera interview with Alland, who talks about getting into show biz, Orson Welles, the Mercury Theatre, CITIZEN KANE, flying a bomber in WWII, CHIEF CRAZY HORSE (1955) with Victor Mature, CREATURE, IT CAME FROM OUTER SPACE, on and on. He tells funny stories, he laughs a lot, he pokes fun of himself, he speaks highly of co-workers -- it was a real kick to watch it, and made me remember (for the first time in a while) how much fun he was to talk to. HIGHLY recommended viewing!

If it is a different creature it makes the end of the original film more poignant (as the poor thing really was killed), and explains the radically different face of the Revenge lagoon dweller.

Don't Mr. Weaver and Mr. Burns mention on the CWAU commentary the underwater footage in the third film was Ricou outtakes from the first film?
