Vincent Price.
There - I've said it. Why? Well, someone has to be a "least favorite", and for me it's Price mainly because I discovered him later in life. I grew up being hooked on Lugosi, Karloff, Chaney and Carradine - and later on I came to appreciate Cushing's fine acting and Lee's Dracula.
But while I've come to like Vincent Price as a person and I certainly love many of his films (I could list a bunch of 'em easily right here) I just came to him too late for him to feel iconic to me. And there's just something about his style which strikes me as more hammy than the others (yes, including Lugosi). He strikes me more as a straight actor who somehow wound up in horror films but is not very horrifying or scary in his style. He always comes across as more gentlemanly to me. His voice is also not very... I don't know.... "frightening"?
