Hello, all!
If you're interested in Robert W. Chambers' The King In Yellow, there's a new anthology out by Atlantean Publishing in the UK. The book features fiction, non-fiction, art and poetry devoted to The King In Yellow, and its later permutations (Derleth's Hastur Cycle, for one.)
I haven't read it yet, but I have contributed a story and my contributor's copy is in the mail. I'm something of a King in Yellow fan... if you ever bought the Complete Guide To the Works of Stephen King CD-ROM (at horrorking.com), I'm acknowledged in the credits for pointing out that in King's THINNER he names two bars The King In Yellow and The Hastur Club (or something like that.) It's 4.50 (pounds) in the UK and $15 in the US including shipping.

The King In Yellow anthology is, as the name suggests, a collection of stories and poetry inspired by the King In Yellow by RW Chambers and other aspects of the 'Hastur Mythos'. Strange, horrific and surreal, this collection captures the various aspects perfectly.
Fiction...
Ivy Covered Horror - Matt Sanborn
Thorn Within - Stefano Magliocco
News - DJ Tyrer
Rest of Your Life - Neal Wilgus
Yellow Death, Yellow Peril & Yellow Art - DS Davidson
The Colour of Art - Dirk Holland
Not On The Recommended Reading List - DJ Tyrer
In Carcosa, The King - Gary Vehar
Dreams of the King - DS Davidson
The Streets of Alar - DJ Tyrer
The Prophets' Paradise -RW Chambers
Dreams of the Yellow King - Dirk Holland
A Fragment - DJ Tyrer
Fantastic Worlds - Cardinal Cox
A Moon Over Carcosa - DJ Tyrer
Sire - John Goodrich
Easy Come, Easy Go - Steve Sneyd
The Unmasking - Alex Kreitner
Coming Home - DJ Tyrer
The Swelling - David Conyers
Plus art, poetry and non-fiction.
The anthology contains a real mix of content certain to entertain all fans of Chambers and macabre fiction. The prose ranges from vignette-length pieces to the nine-page In Carcosa, The King and tackle the King in all his forms.
With contributions from Atlantean Publishing regulars such as DS Davidson, small press favourites such as Steve Sneyd (including a rare prose piece), relative unknowns (to me, at least!) and even Call of Cthulhu contributors John Goodrich and David Conyers, this is not a collection to be missed.
