Last year, after reading one of Rakshasa's posts about the Bigfoot episode (in one of the 60s and 70s Bigfoot folders), I went and ordered the complete
SMDM series (on DVD-R, no less) for $100 plus shipping. I had brought the series with me while working out of town. Got through the first two and a half
seasons or so, then the show lost a lot of its appeal....The pilot episode is still the best!! There are quite a few good ones in the first two seasons as
well. I still have to watch the rest....
I've gotten through most of season one and I see what you mean some of the episodes are rather dull for me now but the three pilot episodes/movies and the
"Day Of The Robot" episode are still a lot of fun and it's just nice to be able to catch up with this series after all these years.

The whole "Bigfoot" mythology on that show was tailor-made for monster kids! Bigfoot, aliens, spaceships, cyborg, some fisticuffs, a severed
appendage, even that goofy, vertigo-inducing tunnel everybody had to travel through.

Bigfoot was the monster to beat when I was a kid, for sure! We lived near some woods -- actually, maybe a tenth of a mile of trees in the backyard -- and I
was forever scanning the vicinity for Bigfoot.

Luis, was that episode on this past weekend? I turned on Perry Mason Friday night and there was Anderson and then I stumbled upon him again during one of Saturday's episodes of The Rifleman. Was it an Anderson weekend and I didn't know about it? :-)
No it was yesterday morning but I know what you mean about a particular actor making many guest appearance on different shows on the same day on MeTV I think saw a similar thing on Antenna TV with R.G. Armstrong and Michael Ansara two long time character actors still living but haven't worked in the industry in over a decade like Anderson. It's always nice to see familiar faces pop up as guest appearance on various shows, yesterday a young Erik Estrada made an appearance on KOJAK.

It was banned in Britain. Anyone seen it? It's set in a thinly-disguised NorthernIreland. Any clips or photos? IBA
