Im in a minority - I find season 1 terribly boring. Have just watched the (rather good) Elsa Lanchester one, this was one of a few episodes of s1 which I do like. Roll on the colour seasons for me. But then I love over-the-top campy 60s TV

I plan on rolling the color episodes soon. I just have to wait for Netflix to start shipping the Season 2 DVD's.

Disc 3 you say, WG? That means you saw "The Super-Colossal Affair" (the one with Illya and the Giant Stink Bomb), which was on Disc 2. "My Friend the Gorilla Affair" (guess which one that is) is on Disc 5 and "The Hot Number Affair" with Sonny and Cher is on Disc 9. It's good for me to map out these episodes. I'll still watch them, but I have a bad feeling about them.

I did finish Season 2 last night. I liked it better than Season 1 and bear in mind that I loved Season 1. My favorite episodes were "The Alexander the Great Affair", "The Foxes and Hounds Affair" with Vincent Price, "The Cherry Blossom Affair", "The Children's Day Affair" (a rather kinky episode I might add), "The Adriatic Express Affair" (I just love trains), "The Nowhere Affair", "The Waverly Ring Affair" (Elizabeth Allen, GROWR!) "The Project Deephole Affair", and "The Minus X Affair." "The Moonglow Affair" had its cool, trippy moments and Mary Ann Mobley was cute, but April Dancer is too docile to be an effective heroine (give me Emma Peel or Tara King anytime). The worst episodes were "The Foreign Legion Affair" (Howard Da Silva was totally wasted in that one), "The Bat Cave Affair" (oddly enough, Martin Landau would win an Oscar for a similar role three decades later), "The Roundtable Affair" (Valora Noland did look good as a medieval bride though), and "The Indian Affairs Affair" (talk about ending on a low note).

Well, I'll wait for Season 3. I've read there are some good ones like "The Pieces of Fate Affair", co-written by Harlan Ellison and Yale Udoff. At least there are high points.
