Quote:My favorite scene was done during "Police Rookie School" when they perform the "Mustard Sketch." They performed it in The Noose Hangs High, but I think the timing done during the series episode was simply perfect.

What? I can't use that word?? Can I mention William Shatner's TV show T.J. *$@!$!, though? I don't mind a dirty-word censorship function but it's stretching things a bit, no?
I guess I can't use that word in that context. how about "hookre"? Ok.

Lesson here: There are things still to be discovered in THE ABBOTT & COSTELLO SHOW second season.

Remember the episode "Bank Holdup", when the boys are duped into being bodyguards for two bank robbers? The actor who played Lefty Lucas, Douglas Fowley, specialized in playing shifty gangster or western henchmen. I was shocked to discover that he also played one of the three old hecklers in THE 7 FACES OF DR.LAO! He was the one with the civil war cap and the white beard. "Make a woman float in the air! Like I seen in Tucson once!...Oh, she was beautiful!"

A bit of a departure for Hecht, who usually played far eastern characters especially on TV's Adventures of Superman and in both ABBOTT AND COSTELLO IN THE FOREIGN LEGION and ABBOTT AND COSTELLO MEET THE MUMMY. "No!! It is evil!! It is a curse!! Take it away!! Take it away!!" Hecht also appeared as a Filipino doctor in the 40's war film, CORREGIDOR.

What so proudly I failed! Actually, when I was searching for a google image of Hecht, (I found none) I came across a movie poster for CORREGIDOR". I remembered Hecht role in the aforementioned film and I mistakenly thought that was the film.
