From low-budget, break-the-rules thrillers to documentaries on the horror and scifi field, the world of independent films and documentaries is stronger than ever.

When you consider that THE LOST SKELETON OF CADAVRA began as an 'indie' before being picked up by Sony, it becomes clear that the world of independent films can no longer be relegated to 'fan projects.'

Indeed, films such as FLIP, Mark Redfield's DR. JEKYLL AND MR. HYDE, the Lugosi documentaries of Gary Don Rhodes, the ghoulish antics of GHOUL A GO-GO, Zacherley's recent basement tapes, the delirious DR. HORROR'S HOUSE OF EROTIC IDIOTS, the upcoming CREATURE and AMERICAN SCARY docs, and the loving MONSTER KID HOME MOVIES prove that indies range far and deep.

This folder is a special place, a low-budget thread so to speak, and we urge filmmakers and fans to tell everyone all about the latest works.
