I'll just assume it's a thing.

I have, however, called Charlton Heston (not recently), Peter Cushing, Christopher Lee, Alice Cooper and countless others and guess what? Every call was returned. Many of you have seen the results of those calls over the past 20+ years.

MJ Simpson wrote:It took me about five minutes to find that this: "The obvious monstrousness of the war undermined the credibility of the system and this questioning of authority spread logically to a questioning of the structure that validated it and ultimately to patriarchy itself." in Spiderbaby's article matches this: "The obvious monstrousness of the war definitively undermined the credibility of "the system" - the system that had hitherto retained sufficient daunting authority and impressiveness to withstand the theoretical onslaughts of Marx and Freud, the province only of dubious intellectuals. Protest became popular, the essential precondition to valid revolution. Psychically, the consequences of this reached out far beyond outrage at an unjust war. The questioning of authority spread logically to a questioning of the structure that validated it, and ultimately to patriarchy itself." in Robin Wood's book Hollywood from Vietnam to Reagan - and Beyond.

Sounds like she has been plagiarizing from day 1 of her writing career right up to the day she got caught. At first I thought she at least was facing up to what she did - now it looks like she's just hiding everything. I have some respect for people who at least own up and take the slings and arrows when they do something wrong - people who don't call it a mistake but a conscious act and they are sorry for what they did and face the consequences. Usually friends and family will rally around you and be there for you during these dark times. Hopefully they will learn a valuable lesson and never do the dirty deed again. It's a little hard to feel sorry for someone who says "I did something wrong, but I've hidden all the evidence of it and I'm pretending it never happened. Please feel sorry for me." Sorry - not gonna happen from me. Her book publisher is going to look like a fool if they publish it. How are they gonna publicize it - are they going to put out a disclaimer with the book - "We've checked every word thru and thru and there isn't anything plagiarized in it. Buy it now!"Since she has hidden all the Fright Byte videos, and there is some evidence that at least 2 or 3 of them have plagiarized portions in what she says in those videos, It is time for the Rondo to be publicly taken back.

I guarantee if people look hard enough, they'll find some neglected aspect of their own life that deserves all the attention, energy, and frothing-at-the-mouth enthusiasm they're devoting to this 'investigation'.
