Volkodlak (2010), is a 24 minute short, filmed between 2003-05 by a small team of independent enthusiasts, on a budget of 1000 dollars. It is an homage -as well as a return, to traditional film-making and the silent horror film, and an attempt to keep the spark of atmospheric classic horror cinema alive.

This topic was originally posted in the Independent Films and Documentaries section of this forum, way back in early 2011 (http://monsterkidclassichorrorforum.yuku.com/topic/34668). Although I wanted to, I didn't post about it in the Silent Horror section back then, because I thought that category was reserved to genuine vintage horror films. Later however, I noticed a post not only about the 2005 silent 'The Call of Cthulhu' in the Silent Horror section, but also a post about the none-horror film 'The Artist' (?!). I tried pointing this out and asked to get my topic moved (http://monsterkidclassichorrorforum.yuku.com/topic/43197), but since I got no answer to this request I've now reposted about 'Volkodlak' here, as this is clearly the section where this short belongs too.
