The pages are coming loose from the squarebound binding, leaving me with a pile of individual pages. I've never experienced this before. I subscribe to this title through Mile High Comics subscription service, so I generally receive them on a 1 month lag time and just got around to reading them this past week.Has anyone else noticed this problem? I'm not too keen on continuing to pay $9.95 per issue if they're all going to fall apart.

Now we're using a completely different manufacturer and the newest issues that are in the warehouse are rock solid. Failure rate should now be in the accepted norms instead of what it was, which was less than ideal. But we spotchecked the entire shipment and those pages only came out we ripped them out. So if you have any issues with past issues coming apart, just take a picture (so we can keep the printer accountable) and email it along with your shipping address and list whichever cover you purchased (we get a lot of photos of the inside with no mention of which cover was purchased) to info@famousmonsters.com and we'll get you a replacement asap.Ed BlairExecutive EDitorFamous Monsters of Filmland

New issues are rock solid and we've no problems with them (seriously, we've ripped apart more magazines than I'm comfortable with—but it had to be done!). Thanks again for the patience and support,Ed BlairExecutive EDitorFamous Monsters of FilmlandEd: Just wanted you to know that I still haven't received replacement copies after 2 weeks. Several others who commented about this in the other thread about this problem reported getting their replacement issues in a few days. By way of comparison, I snail-mailed an order for back issues of VIDEOSCOPE magazine to their office in New Jersey on Tuesday, Jan 29th and received my order on Wednesday, February 6th. That's pretty good service...which your Customer Service Department should certainly be able to match. How about lighting a fire under someone's rear end? Thanks!
