Day the Earth Stood Still I could practically hum in my sleep since I bought the soundtrack on cd years ago to add to my Bernard Hermann collection. Forbidden Planet is a dead give-away with the entirely electronic score.

It must have taken you months to carefully combine the images and audio clips in such a creative manner. The video you created should be "required viewing" for fans of the science fiction movies released during the 1950s. I especially like the acoustic you create to widen the soundstage and give the music an almost stereo effect. Some of my favorite music is there, sadly unavailable on CD. You singled out one of my special favorites, HOUSE OF WAX. I've longed for the day that they might discover the original master tracks, in stereo, mis-labeled somewhere. It would have to be the original tracks because I just don't think it would be very easy to recreate that unique sound Buttolph achieved.
