But I'd swear I've heard that music in the trailer somewhere else. As we all know, it's not uncommon for trailers to be scored with existing music from previous projects, but I just can't place this ... anyone else recognize it? Of course, I could be totally wrong about it being a re-use at all.

The effects don't look very good, but maybe they're not done with them yet. There's no bigger dinosaur nut than me, but this almost looks like something from SyFy.
