People seem to be jumping to the conclusion that the design will be unveiled, but the article doesn't say that at all. In fact, he writes: I’m not going to get into specific spoiler territory because then what’s the point of attending the panel, I thought it was to see the design, but if it's just talk, talk, and more talk, then yes, spoilers would defeat the purpose of waiting in line for hours and hours, hoping to catch a glimpse of the stage amid all the chaos. (1) You don't look for investors for a multi-million dollar film at Comic-Con; (2) You don't present something in Hall H unless you have a project that is finished, in production, or just about to go into production.
