Sep 17 12 4:03 PM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Criterion prices with no discounts doesn't fly with me either. I seldom pay more than $20-$25 per Criterion based on sales offered here and there. Not much chance on that with a title poised to sell-out abruptly. Don't get me wrong, if Twilight Time had something I was crazy for, I'd go for it. I more appreciate Olive Films model of no-frills, bigger runs, broader distribution, and consequently lower pricing. I'd pick up something like NOTLD for $16-$20.

If NOTLD sold out so quickly, is there anything stopping them from putting out a "2nd limited re-release!!" or something?

No reissues, no special editions, no licensing to other labels--nothing.

This review makes it look very, very dark, and not terribly sharp either.
