Aug 16 12 2:26 AM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	I agree pinkfloyd, other than TCM that is. And I do like some things on Encore Westerns, mainly the old TV shows they air. Otherwise, the best things in TV are on these free digital sub-channels. For classic movies however, TCM is still the absolute best for me. I like things beyond our genre niches on this board however, so your mileage may vary. I like pre-code stuff even if it isn't genre, for example. and I like a lot of hollywood system movies beyond our genre's. Totally miss the days of cable programming that was diverse, you never knew what might show up on a channel. Now 99.9% of it is bland and the same stuff regurgitated over and over again with new labels.

Sep 6 12 12:33 PM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	There is no variety on cable anymore. Stations tend to broadcast shows to DEATH (e.g. Friends, Everybody Love Raymond). Bring back the cornball shows from the 60's (Lost in Space, Mr. Ed, etc.) they will seem fresh!

Sep 8 12 10:19 AM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Me-TV, This-TV, Antenna-TV, and Retro-TV all carry older shows on them now. Cable, other than TCM, really has nothing. It's a wasteland.
