Jun 6 12 6:50 PM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Richard Hollingshead Jr. opened the first drive-in on Crescent Boulevard in Camden, New Jersey on this date back in 1933. At their height of popularity there were some 5000 in the US, while currently there are less than 400 country wide. There's still 2 here in Connecticut. I may have to pack the wife and kids to make a return trip this summer. As Joe Bob Briggs says "The drive-in will never die"
