With NIGHT GALLERY recently wrapped up, GHOST STORY/CIRCLE OF FEAR out via Sony MOD, and the half-hour ALFRED HITCHCOCK PRESENTS only a couple of sets shy of completion, it got me thinking of what's left from the pre-1980s era of genre anthology TV --"genre" broadly defined to include a couple of series that are 'mystery/suspense', rather than horror/sci-fi-- that hasn't seen any kind of legit DVD release yet. Sure, I want CBS/Paramount to release the remainder of their spiffed-up ONE STEP BEYOND episodes, and Universal to give us seasons 6 and 7 of ALFRED HITCHCOCK PRESENTS, but some of these in the poll I'd like to own even more. I left out the obvious early live shows that have no kinescopes that we know of (but *did* include GREAT GHOST TALES, since some/all of it seems to exist in archives).
