Is there a thread for this film, apart from it showing up in Movie of the Day? I know it's been written off as a low-budget answer to a Disney movie, and I'm sure it's been labeled as an E.T. rip-off, but I think it has a lot going for it. I'm biased, since it's probably the only movie based on an 1890's "Airship" story (embellished quite a bit) - as opposed to an all-out SCIENCE FICTION story from the 1890's - but even apart from that reason it deserves to be better-known.
