I got this idea from this thread where the OP asks to List Movies where a Man punches out a Woman which is very RARE.
Another scene that is very RARE is a Female Character Punching out Another Female character with One punch or easily beating her up.
Must Note: This should NOT be confused with the (much more common) evenly fought long catifights or female vs female martial arts fights where both women fight for a while evenly with no clear winner or one barely managing a win. Also scene where the winner uses a weapon does not count. Basically scenes where both women put up a fight.
Female vs Female Single Punch KOs and One sided fights with a clear winner are very rare compared to Male vs Male or Female Vs Male one sided beating or single punch KOs.
To start it off here are some I remember:
1) Scream I and II Neve Campbell Punches out the bitchy reporter played by Courtney Cox.
2) Superman II Lois punches out Ursa at the end
3) Sweet Home Alabama Reese Witherspoon punches out her would-be mother in law when she insults her mother.
4) Heroes TV Show - Hayde Pannetiere punches out the annoying head cheerleader in episode "Homecoming" when she insults her good friend.
5) Double Dragon - Alyssa Milano Punches out dominatrix type villainess played by Kristina Agner
6) Fair Game - Cindy Crawford slaps and knocks out a bitchy latina woman who is abusing her child.
7) Ever After - Drew Barrymore punches out Megan Dodd the evil step sister.
Domino - Keira Knightly punches out the head of her sorority when she insults her. Punch in the nose that floors her and breaks her nose.
9) Hudson Hawk - Heroine Andie Mcdowell punches out taunting villainess Sandra Bernard
10) The Mini Skirt Mob - Very one sided beating where lead of biker gang Diane McBain beats up then knocks out cold the heroine of the film Sherry Jackson
11) The Wicked Lady - Faye Dunaway with a whip is disarmed then beaten up badly by the woman she tried to whip.
12) The Phantom - Kristy Swanson punches and knocks out cold the villainess played by Catherine Zeta Jones.
I especially like scenes where the heroine or a good girl punches out or totally kicks the butt of the evil head villainess or annoying bitchy female character.
