Enjoy, you lucky left coasters you! Unfortunately, The Wolf Man screening with Rick Balker is the same time as the premiere of Beast Wishes. Another one of interest is Young Frankenstein hosted by Mel Brooks. Yes the whole festival package is steep, but there are tickets available right before the individual screenings for $20.00 each (space permitting). Not clear whether this print includes the Univ 100th anniversary restoration tweaks. I was flattered that the festival asked me to provide an essay on the Universal horror legacy; they've given it a very attractive spread in the souvenir program.
