For those who scoff and doubt ( and Im sure there will be legion) that the most notorious lost film of all time was located , I will say it again with authority and conviction.. a print was found in the Russian federation. Honestly-- and Im a big enough man to admit this -- my eyes pooled and I may have even wept a little. April Fool.

Apr 3 12 2:48 PM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	My friend's uncle who worked for MGM says that he came across a box with a makeup kit and a couple of film cannisters labelled "Chaney Vampire". When he examined the film under light he could tell it was the famed LONDON AFTER MIDNIGHT! And the makeup kit was Lon Chaney's original makeup kit, with a complete set of LAM fangs within! He put the cannisters back where he found them so he could alert the proper authorities, but when MGM went to locate the reels they had mysteriously vanished. My friend's uncle thinks the janitor may have stolen them and demands 1 billion dollars for the rare film. I know you will think this is just an April's Fools joke, but here is a picture I took of the famed Lon Chaney makeup kit as proof. I trust this will dispel all false rumours and any doubts.

The Castle version had a mag sound stripe. The Americom 8mm versions had a separate floppy disc 33 1/3rd soundtrack. It never stayed in sync. Chaney's voice was always coming out of Edna Tichneor's mouth
