Dont think I've actually seen it, although I came across it when I was trying to match horror episodes with childhood recollections, which turned out to be from "Evil Touch" (which I hope will be released despite its mediocrity).

May 2 12 3:06 PM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Just got the set and have tested the first and third episodes. Overall the transfer is beautiful! Resolution is the standard older tv show on DVD 720x480 and looks very crisp and clear. Looks good enough to have been transferred from 35 mm film. First episode has very little if any film grain as far as I could tell on a computer monitor, and the third has a slight film grain in some scenes. But not enough to be off-putting. The sound seems pristine for a 1970s tv show. Cabot is pretty creepy even as just the narrator. -Shonokin The Pulp Reader

May 2 12 5:11 PM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	I received my set today and after a quick review of the discs I can say this is a vast improvement over my gray market discs that I purchased a few years ago. Viewing them on a bluray player on a 37" 720p flat screen and they look very sharp with a minimum of grain. I am also excited to re-watch a few episodes that were not complete on my other set. All in all a great looking set so far! I highly recommend this set if you like '70s style TV horror, hey, if Hal Linden as a vampire doesn't get you to watch, nothing will!

I guess this is payback for the two FBI sets I got for $17 each. Watched the first episode last night--really fun, and a nice picture. I recommend jumping at this deal!

It appears that they took 10% off for you for some reason. They didn't for me, but $17.95 for what Amazon is charging $41.99 (and a list price of $55.99) is a nice savings. I did get the cheap shipping rate of $2.50. Plus, the order confirmation is for "the complete series" so there's no doubt about getting it all.

Sometime in the past, you must have signed up for "WB Insider Rewards" to get 10% discount and cheaper shipping (which I suggest everyone do). Under each title in your cart, you can see the explanation for a discount - in this case, "WB Insider Rewards: Save 10% on Warner Archives Collection." It's usually only applied to Archive dvds (not MGM and Sony mods), and not applied to titles already on sale. I have a feeling that when it comes time to account to Sony for the revenue, the WB people are going to realize the error - if not sooner. Were it some WB series, they might not realize for some time, but this involves a third party. EDITED TO ADD I wonder who does the actual manufacturing of the MODs. I would imagine that it would be Sony and that WB is only acting as the sales agent. But they might be wondering why WB is providing significantly more orders than Amazon. I look forward to viewing more episodes. I was away at school when the series originally aired, so the show is "new" to me.

I'm so glad I held off on ordering this till now because if I had paid SRP and then read about this , I'd be having a major fece fit like I did when I read about the FBI screw-up that I missed out on.
