After the book was submitted -- in fact, I think it had already been printed -- I realized that I'd forgotten that I had in my files an endlessly long interview with William Campbell on the subject of LOVE ME TENDER -- mostly about working with Elvis, but he went off on a dozen tangents too. It would have been the longest, and one of the best interviews in the book .... but I completely forgotten I'd done it.

Just the other day I was looking at the manuscript (still a work in progress) -- it starts, obviously, with a chapter on the making of the first CREATURE movie -- and noticed that it doesn't get to the first day of production until around page 100!
