     The title of the film is actually "Married BY Satan."  My friend sent me about 20 minutes of  it ( though the scenes appear to be in chronological order however truncated).   There are no title cards, not that they would not have been much help anyway (My Russian consists of "nyet" and "vodka" though I never use those two words in the same sentence) but he included a brief synopsis   A rich lady is in love with a prince but he pays no attention to her.  The lady's maid advises her to seek the help of a witch.  In order to convince her mistress, the maid tells her that she herself got the man she wanted with the witch's aid even though he too was in love with someone else.  The lady goes to the witch-who wears a kind of gypsy/high priestess outfit and has an owl for a companion.  The witch puts her in a trance and makes with the magic.  It works and the prince falls in love with the lady.  But she suddently finds there's something repulsive about him.  He smells like a corpse.  He sometimes takes on the appearance of a skeleton.  . Meanwhile the maid's love story doesn't have a happy ending either.  Her new beau turns out to be crazy and he stabs her to death in the kitchen.  When the rest of the household arrives on the scene, he stands there grinning and wiping the blood off his knife.  Meanwhile the lady has fallen in love with someone else.  She again goes to the witch.  Apparently the prince is disposed off somehow (no footage on this ) and the woman takes up with her new lover.  However, she has nightmares and the prince keeps popping up all over the place.  Finally she dies and the witch appears by her side.  Much of the creepy stuff is  missing and we have an awful lot of the heroine agonizing over her troubles (a bit like the Italian diva films of the tens wherein elegant  ladies in long gowns suffer exquisitely with beautiful castles in the background).  For real horror, give the poster another look.
