A truly bizarre concoction from Disney, with the premise that a dog wants to become human, and actually does with the help of a Dr. Moreau type crazed scientist. Later on he even hits on the boy's Mom.
Lots of crazy Fleischer type gags, and only goes overboard of too many crappy songs.
