May 4 12 2:19 AM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Earlier Naked City had Robert Redford and the Robert Duvall one opened with the most violent car chase I ever saw on a TV show. You aren't missing a whole lot from Antenna TV, they play mostly forgettable sitcoms. Except for Alfred Hitchcock and some of the movies from the Columbia film library (they had two decent obscure film noirs a couple days ago} and It Takes a Thief on Saturday (if it is still there, I switched my main viewing to Me), it isn't a must see lineup. And Jack Benny can be interesting. The same night I saw the movies i saw what apparently was the first television appearance of Ann Margaret in a rather silly puffed up dress.

I personally did enjoy watching some of those sitcoms (SANFORD AND SON, THREE'S COMPANY. SOAP, THE MONKEES) but now they are repeating episodes I also was enjoying a few non-sitcoms IT TAKES A THIEF, SUSPENSE THEATRE, SWAT and of course the HITCHCOOK shows but those are also now repeating so glad MeTV came onto the scene and also watch a lot of RTV which includes a few of same shows as MeTV. I also don't watch much of THIS-TV because the films are often repeats from the last year and much of the newer movies reek. Luis

May 4 12 8:15 PM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	I have a few episodes of THE REBEL complete with original commercials, including star Nick Adams himself plugging the cigarette sponsor of the week. You check the bottom corner during the closing credits of each show, and you can see who that week's sponsor was. I have the hit theme by Johnny Cash, who actually appeared in episode 13, "The Death of Gray," opposite Sandra Knight (FRANKENSTEIN'S DAUGHTER, THE TERROR). The instrumental theme was commonplace on football highlight shows of years past.

They started with them a couple months ago during that hour and the next on Sat, and several hours throughout the day on Sunday. So far, I'm relatively unaffected, as the programming on Sunday daytime is not something I'm even watching...so....but hopefully it won't expand. I worry about that. Why even have the sub-channel if you are going to mess around with it??!!

Hopefully we'll both have ourselves a little Revenge (the Gillman will walk among us sometime in the future too). Yeah, Torin Thatcher gave the Loch Ness Monster episode that extra touch of class. I liked the part where the Scottish guy runs from the monster and says that The Doctor is still out there, and the question is asked "Doctor who?".
