Thank you, Scoundrel. It seems that detailed information about those two editions is very scarce, apart from what is on the Divisa Red and Film sans frontières sites.

Jul 11 12 10:12 PM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Update: I've bought the Film sans frontières DVD, but unfortunately I'm quite disappointed... A comparison with a different version I've seen, also with German intertitles and apparently of the same restoration, from an unknown source and most likely reduced in size, shows that a lot of content is missing in the left, right, and bottom of the frame, and image quality is so-so. Here are the screenshots (top: unknown, bottom: Film sans frontières): http://img843.imageshack.us/img843/4875/caligari.jpg Also, at the beginning there are the Transit Film / Friedrich Wilhelm Murnau Stiftung clip and a note in German mentioning the Bundesarchiv-Filmarchiv, which are missing in the Film sans frontières DVD. Now, by exclusion, I'd guess it's from the Divisa Red DVD... Could anyone who owns that DVD please confirm or deny this?
