Judging from what I've read of this, that assertion seems a stretch in the extreme. Thoughts? "Lord I love Spring! The birds, the fair weather, the new flowers. It doesn't get any better than this. HOLY CRAP! what's THAT?!?"

I don't even know where to start with this Lars von Trier, polarizing movie. I can see where people would claim it's misogynist. It's a disturbing movie, to be sure.

It's perplexing, to be sure, but there's something about its rhythms and colors that I find almost intoxicating. I don't see the relationship between its plot and that of The Screaming Skull at ALL.
