I am interested in hearing from people who really, really don't like Jess Franco's films. I would like to know specifically why you don't like them (examples: annoying overuse of zoom lens, sloppy direction, slow, too much sex). I am particularly interested in those who have attempted to take him seriously, tried to like his films, seen a number, but have just given up hope. I am not going to argue with you and this is not a set-up. I want some insight into why a serious horror/B movie fan would be turned off by his work. I may be interested in using some responses in a possible project I am preparing. Thanks in advance for any responses.
