I had the complete first season, (volumes 1&2) then I bought season two, for which CBS eventually allowed the buyer to return to get a corrected set with restored music. After that, I decided to wait and see if the problem would persist with the music replacement. from what I'm hearing, seasons 2 & 3 still had music replacement, but season 4 was intact. Jul 29 12 9:49 AM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	I just purchased all of Season 1 and Vol. 2 of Season 4 - probably enough FUGITIVE for me. I am nearly finished with the first half of Season 1 and I forgot how GOOD this show is. The guest star roster is great. The clarity and detail on these DVDs look great on my large screen TV. Better than BUCK PRIVATES on BluRay IMO. Not sure why - maybe it's the healthy dose of film grain. At any rate I'm diggin it. I would be interested to know if THE COMPLETE FUGITIVE has all the music restored and the original narration for the final episode - THE JUDGEMENT. "I saw what I saw when I saw it!"

From what I'm hearing on another board from the lucky few who got the set before the recall, is that most (a significant amount) of the music has been restored to the point where Fugitive fans will have little to complain about.
