Quick version: transfers are ready to go for TWINS and HANDS, waiting on extras which had to be redone from scratch due to a computer/hard drive issue with the extras producer. Last I heard from Don, TWINS should be announced rather soon.

(aside from Ms. Pitt). I found the movie not too engaging - ok but not one that I care to ever see again. I might be operating on the original disappointment that this movie is NOT about vampires - which is why I avoided it for so many years until today - caught it in HD on Netflix. By the way, the print looked great.

Well yes, Ingid is a big part of it but generaly I love all Hammer films (except the 2 wacky 70's Drac films, kung fu Vamp film/s, 70's frank film , most pre Horror of Drac films and most humor outings) and this is no exception. I was however anoyed by the voice over for Ms. Pitt but the story was done very well as a period piece and did not have rely on Vampirism to be a strong entry (IMO). The sets and photography are very pleasing to the eye and then theres Ingrid...OOOPs, think i already mentioned that!As far as 70's Hammer output I believe this film ranks pretty high. Its no Curse of Frankenstien or FMBD but then, not many are.Typed this quick as I've got to run but I hope I've answered your question to a degree at least.best,James
