Okay, it adds another dimension of mystery not knowing, but I can't help wondering how Denham & co. got to the East Indies (or Indian Ocean)--via the Panama Canal (seems shorter) or around the Cape of Good Hope (if that's the African tip), or via the Suez Canal. The latter had been built by the early Thirties, I believe. And if they went through the P.C., how did they keep Kong under wraps? "Oh, that's nothing under the gigantic tarp, nothing...."
