The concept behind Coma (and other similar organ harvesting movies) is now obsolete. No sense in maintaining a full grown body (or clone) when you can just grow the organ all by itself. I have no idea about the time or costs involved in this procedure, but they have to beat the cost of growing and maintaining a human being, or a full human clone to adulthood to get one or two of its organs.
