Episode 3: The Battle Begins Columbia focus: Batman and Superman search out the Shadow for information on Ming, of which he knows nothing. During their conference, thugs sent by the Purple Monster attack. Mandrake summons his friend the Phantom to America. As the Phantom steps off the plane in New York, rocketships appear on the horizon.
