Jul 31 11 10:11 AM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	One observation; in his intro to the Zorro story, Penzler notes Zorro as a forerunner to the Shadow, the Lone Ranger, and the Green Lantern. I can understand the first two, but the Green Lantern? (Penzler does seems somewhat knowledgeable about such matters-he has mentioned Super-Friends-but it seems a curious choice. Did he mean the Green Hornet?)

Did he mean the Green Hornet?) I feel sure he must've meant the Hornet. Roger Ebert confused the two recently, as noted on the GREEN LANTERN thread here. Zorro's influence on Superman should be noted as well. NATURALISTIC! UNCANNY! MARVELOUS!
