I looked for another thread on this but couldn't find one, so I hope I'm not duplicating. On one of my quick visits to the Half Price Books, I scored what I hope is a major find -- a complete boxed set of Hammer House of Horror episodes still in shrink-wrap for $20. I recognize some of the titles from the Elvira-hosted/interrupted series that showed up a few years ago on VHS, but I've never seen them uncut.
It's a 4-disk box covering all 13 episodes, plus extras billed as a complete Hammer filmography, an "essay" on the History of Hammer Films, and a photo gallery. Don't think any of these have audio narration.
Does anyone on the board have favorites within this group of what looks to be hour-long episodes of original horror?
