When I was little kid during the 80's my grandfather would constantly rent horror movies. With the exception of one movie that I watched with him I have been able to track them all down on either dvd or vhs over the years. I have asked many other horror buffs about it an none of them seemed to know it. I only remember bits and pieces from the last 10-20 minutes and want to say it was made in the 80's or late 70's.

I remember a girl in her late teens being chased by someone and I remember at a few point seeing things through the stalker's point of view. Eventually the girl wakes up with her mother and I believe boyfriend standing at her bedside. She thinks everything was just a dream.

Now this is what really stuck out for me. She and the boyfriend are walking through a field (I think) all alone. As she is talking and walking a few steps ahead of him he unbuttons his shirt sleeve. He casually rolls the sleeve up to his elbow and peels the skin off his arm and grabs her. If I remember correctly she is struggling and screaming as the movie fades out.

Has anyone seen this and know the name of the film?
