Maybe Paul Blaisdell made two of 'em and we're seeing the second one in HOW TO MAKE; in PUPPET PEOPLE, when John Agar attacks Hyde, he really goes after the head, gouging and twisting at it, and when it finally comes off, he smashes it on the floor, and you see pieces fly off. I've got a closeup shot of it I'll ask someone with picture-posting abilities to post.
