That was a very disturbing and spectacular stunt fall though! Not a boo boo per say, but I had a hard time figuring out how the various members of the house hold could remain ignorant of all the Baron's nefarious scemes. Months seem to past before the maid finally catches on that Frankenstien is going to marry Elizabeth. Elizabeth never catches on that her fiance is making a man in the attic. No one noticed the Baron tampering with the banister. The house seemed really quite cramped and small. www.itcamefromplanetx.com

The castles are usually situated on hills to overlook the feudal farmlands below, but that makes them subject to severe winds in the winter, along with the freezing temperatures. And all they had to heat them in medieval times was firewood and peat. I've never visited the alleged Vlad Tepes castle in Romania, but I bet it's more like Drac's pad in HORROR OF DRACULA than Bela's fantastic rockpile in Universal's DRACULA, at least in terms of scale.

"Victor, you weren't planning on pushing an old professor over the balcony and stealing his brain, were you?" Although Elizabeth seems like a very naive character, and could easily turn a blind eye to the obvious. Even at the very end, she hopes the Baron has a chance at salvation; she's obviously devastated when Paul gives the news. (Always assumed that she shacked up with Paul when it was over. Hazel Court's cleavage, a possible ulterior motivation for incriminating the Baron?)

I recieve my November copy of THE WORLDLY HAMMER JOURNAL, and to my astonishment an excerpt from the thesis of renown American primatologist Diane Fossey " My Life amongst the AIP's". The "monkey-see" mentality of these primals is fascinating ! The Fisher-esque mimic of these hapless detestables arouses ones distaste of dissimulation. Victor's looking for a brain, he has his old friend visiting . . . but the great scientist doesn't put two and two together until Mrs. Frankenstein makes reference to the Great Brain sitting right here. Then, his eyes light up and he seizes the opportunity.

Bloopers? How about Victor's theory that a nice, sweet genius-type brain will result in a face radiating benevolence? So just give that glass-punctured lump of gray matter a while to accustom itself to its new stitched-up egg shell, and all those scars and milky eyes and lumps will just disappear...
