As horror movies go it was nice to see the twin girls putting a bit of spice (Sex) into it. I always say if you're going to get smothered to death on a film it does no harm to get smothered by this pair. (Or is that a double pair. Jan 27 09 10:13 PM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	I just saw this today for the 1st time after picking up a Region 1 anamorphic copy on eBay. The DVD is clearly the collector's homemade variety but aside from softness in the video at times it looks suprisingly good on my large screen 62" TV. I really liked this movie! I like the marching musical score and Cushing's performance which is very different than any film I've seen him in. He comes across unlikable at first and then towards the end you feel more sympathy. The twins are pretty good in their roles too. So my question is this - The version I have seems to be cut in some places just before the naughty bits - so what am I missing?? Didn't really distract from the movie but I was expecting a lot more flesh based upon what I've read about this movie. In any case very enjoyable and those twins are cuteys. "I saw what I saw when I saw it!"

Actually you might not have a cut print, the film does have a couple of incredibly short topless shots during the bedroom sequence with the imposter twin and the school teacher, but nothing more. Amazing when you compare to the previous year's "Vampire Lovers" with its ample nudity. 'Countess Dracula' and 'Lust for a Vampire' also had just brief flashes of nudity. The editing makes it seem that something was "cut" though in some shots. Just wondering. As I said - even so - it's really good. "I saw what I saw when I saw it!"

Normally there is a method to any madness but in this case NONE OF THIS MAKES SENSE!! What exactly are they trying to market and to whom? The grouping of 5 movies seem random at times and then only for Region 2. I guess us Region one-ies just wouldn't be interested?? Why would the MGM Midnight Movies release Vampire Lovers and Countess Dracula - but not TWINS and LUST? I think they are trying to drive us all batty. Pun intended. "I saw what I saw when I saw it!"
