What do you mean, we can "safely put that error to rest?" How do you know YOUR proclamation about Christine Domaniecki sn't an "error?" The only place where I've EVER read something about Ms. Domaniecki is on DarkShadows.online. And it's only a one-paragraph blurb.

According to my research, Maria Cruz was Miss Vampire of 1970. There's literally page after page on the web attesting to that, so I don't know why you'd say it's an "error." In fact, I've heard that very same piece of info for years. Other than DarkShadows.online, what proof do you have to back up your claim? Certainly not the photo you posted. Since none of us (except you, apparently) are familiar with Ms. Domaniecki's features, that could be anyone. Frankly, it looks like Littlefeather to me.

I've been a Dark Shadows fan for 40 years, and this is only the second time I've ever read that someone other than Littlefeather was a "Miss American Vampire." The first was on DarkShadows.online, not exactly empirical fact.

Based upon my research, it would seem that DarkShadows.online is in error about who won the contest and what the "prize" was. Christina Domaniecki was merely an extra who appeared as a barmaid, period. There were LOTS of extras on DS, but only one "Miss American Vampire," and she's the same woman who accepted Brando's Oscar in 1973.
