Unless it was a deleted scene showing how nice and friendly Godzilla was until atomic bomb testing turned him into an angry giant monster out to destroy the World. P.S. Apparently the song Godzilla was singing was "Love me Tender" which Elvis would steal 2 years later. The Catch of the Day!

This is one page of the two-page title splash from a Japanese men's magazine pictorial entitled "Nude Dating" (circa 1968). The girl on the left is Hitomi Hoshi and the girl on the right is Angela Asaoka, both dancers and actresses with Toho's Nichigeki Theater Company.
