Exhibit C: I guess this one isn't Rhino's fault:

Well, the face is visible in mine, the medium shot of the dancers is too dark, and there's no crayon in the closeup: It'll be interesting to compare with Jack's print. (Who'da thought this hunka junk movie would be getting so much attention? Certainly not my wife, who still tells the story of how I kept her awake listening to that wacky soundtrack the last time it ran here on the late late show, some 25 years ago!). I think that's Jon Lackey's original monster on the left; the one on the right looks a little bit like Gumby.
There are a couple of scenes with Thourlby studying the equipment on board the spaceship; maybe these are the additional shots he was referring to in the Filmfax interview. You can see the set looks slightly different in these two shots (Savage on the left, Thourlby on the right).

Times archives doesn't show any TV listings until 1976 (when THEY SAVED HITLER'S BRAIN and several other Crown titles first began appearing in a TV package distributed, I believe, by Gold Key). I couldn't find a record of it on TV prior to that, at least in the Times. So now I'm wondering if it played ANYWHERE prior to 1976, even on television. I believe someone earlier in the thread mentioned other TV airings (I think TServo4 posted that), but I don't know if they were referring to those 1970s airings, or earlier ones.

Yes, after Thourlby crawls in the space ship to stop the 2nd TCT, there is some kind of explosion that is not really explained. And Thourlby crawls out with burn/bloody makeup on, which leads the climatic chase with TCT pursuing Thourlby as he crawls along trying to escape the now freed monster (breathtaking stuff)! That's when Vic Savage uses the military truck to mow down the 2nd TCT.

Is that a time clock sitting on top of the instruments in front of Thourlby? Do the TCTs actually have to punch in and out on their shifts?
