That, a little guy from MYSTERIOUS ISLAND, is what I was talking about. They always looked to me like Donald Duck in a diving suit, though of course they preceded Donald. I should have excluded robots when I excluded gorillas, but I didn't. Okay, there are scattered dinosaurs here and there, good point. I said intended for The Family Audience to exclude serial monsters like the Gocko.. I made no sound declaration regarding the Gill-Man; I really was trying to find out if there were previous man-in-a-suit monsters in movies not made primarily for kids. But some people here persist in reading questions or speculation by me as loud statements of fact. Learn to read, please.
