The disc authoring? The jacket art , cutting the special features together? Seems like there could be a whole lot of work left before replication, packaging and shipping ever happen. I won't be surprised to see Twins released around Halloween at this point.

That surprises me but maybe VAMPIRE CIRCUS wasn't the big seller SYNAPSE hoped for and therefore these other two Hammers just aren't getting the "sense of urgency" treatment. Maybe Don is waiting to release these around the same time as the other Hammer BD's are coming out this year - to ride the wave....? "I saw what I saw when I saw it!"

Apr 6 12 1:29 PM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	This thread was started 2 years ago. Rights to CIRCUS, TWINS, and HANDS were mentioned. So, we did get VAMPIRE CIRCUS - even with some of the minor complaints it was great to see a HAMMER HORROR on BluRay- finally. Now, go here - http://synapse-films.com/coming-soon/ If TWINS were coming out in July for sure - I would suspect that Synapse would put this on their coming soon page. It isn't there. Never has been as far as I can tell. To me, this means the release dates for TWINS and HANDS is still pretty "iffy". Technical problems or not - here we are two years later with only one of the three titles released. For whatever reason, TWINS and HANDS are problematic releases for Synapse. I can tell you that all the TWINS OF EVIL bonus materials have been turned in (which are mammoth, to say the least). Again, I was trying to top the work I produced on VAMPIRE CIRCUS. I think we will be hearing from Don regarding the 'official' release date soon.

So I streamed it to see if the picture had the "darkness" issue that the bluray has. It doesn't! The final scene with the bat flying away can be seen easily. I wonder what source they used?
