I think by now, most of us who grew up reading FM and watching classic monster movies on TV all have a similar batch of collected images in our minds. We've seen the same stills of Frankenstein's monster, Kong, the Creature, the Wolf Man, Harryhausen's beasts, 50's sci-fi faves, etc. throughout our lifetime. In fact, it's actually kind of difficult to come across a movie monster that we haven't seen countless times before, particularly if it's older than 20 years or so.
Last week, on another thread, I posted a pic of a sea beast that was brand new to me, which a few members pointed out was from a 1944 serial called HAUNTED HARBOR. Then last night, I finally got around to watching my gray market DVD of THE MAGIC SERPENT (1966), which featured this spectacular dragon, who looks like a long-lost cousin of Fin Fang Foom.

I'd never seen this fella in the pages of FM either as a kid. If I had, I think I would have gone searching for the film an awful lot earlier.
So gang, if you know of a really uncommon movie monster ... or better yet, can post a photo of one, please share it with us here.
