Aug 22 05 2:49 PM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	I'm thinking of THEM! at the moment, but really, this should be done for every genre actor or actress or other personage who's still alive. Could it be done? James Whitmore and Joan Weldon must be pretty sedentary right now, easy for some top-notch interviewer with the initials T. W. to seek 'em out, and record some kind of interview that could be used in an audio commentary on a future DVD release of Them! __________ "Go! Confront the problem! Fight! Win! And call me when you get back."

Aug 22 05 2:54 PM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	Joan Weldon's a sweetie, I talk to her all the time (she's a New Yorker) but Whitmore's an old stick in the mud -- he's given VERY few interviews. When he did the movie THE RELIC (I was on the sets), it was in his CONTRACT, I believe, to give interviews, and I was assigned to do one -- and he wouldn't do 'em! (He's now married to a sci-fi leading lady, by the way, Noreen Nash from PHANTOM FROM SPACE.) James Arness is another tough nut to crack but the Astounding B Monster did manage to get an interview with him (it's on the B Monster website).
