Myself, I love horror movies and fantasy is great, but I prefer sci-fi. Which do you prefer? (Result) Horror Science Fiction Fantasy

Dec 11 09 9:12 PM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	I chose horror. More specifically, I'm a fan of Gothic horror from Europe and the UK, and cinéma fantastique. But I have a high tolerance level for sci-fi "B-movies" and classic zombie flicks too.

I love the aliens as well, ( Thing, Man from planet X, Forbidden planet, This Island Earth, Day the Earth....You get the Idea.) Altho the Wolf-man is WAY up there in terms of favorites, so it's really hard to nail down as far as an absolute favorite category. Chris Want to hang out with the ultimate party animals ? However, I can still enjoy "monsterless" sci-fi movies (FIRST SPACESHIP ON VENUS, ROBINSON CRUSOE ON MARS) or fantasy pictures (various Italian Hercules/Atlas/whoever movies, Hong Kong Kung-Fu films) more than I can horror films without monsters (slasher movies).

But, then again there's more and better discussion on classic SF here than anywhere else!! Steve "This is the wireless detonator, men," he explained. "When I press this key it will complete a radio circuit in the real detonator tuned to this wave combination. As soon as I can get the boy Hank, I'll have him tow the old duck boat with the wireless bomb and leave it under the radio shack where that Evans chap has his laboratory and his confounded radioplane. Then blooey!"
