Sep 3 12 7:14 AM Reply Quote More My Recent Posts	I remember John Waters saying in a doc about Castle that when Tingler came out,he got to the theater early and looked for one of the rigged seats. I say,today,zap the kids everytime a cgi effect comes on the screen. Although I wasn't able to be there,ballyhoo interests me. It sounds like it was fun. It certainly is an interesting slice of American pop culture that a lot of people are unaware of. I remember reading a poster of the Transparent Man,saying that he had vowed to be at every single showing of the movie. Priceless. Nurses on duty,insurance policies. All good clean fun that no one took seriously. That's what made it so fun. Castle was the best at it ,it seems.

It just seems to remind me of September and October... yep, I get my line up round middle of Sept, and try 2 play a classic each evening...HOHH is one and lots of Dracula series, and Universal, think I will pop in my DVD of Blood of Drac, one of my faves, followed by Return of....ah, the 'ghoul' old days (: ps: The Bat w/ Vincent and Agnes M. is also a seasonal fave.
